As a clinical herbalist and grandmother, I help busy working women reconnect with the natural cycles through plant medicine and holistic practices such as spending time in the garden and walking the labyrinth.
I am motivated by the recurring refrain that “we’ve got to get ourselves back to the garden.”
Our high-tech world can make us feel out of touch with our natural rhythms, adding to our stress and anxiety and often keeping many of us awake at night.
You will find safe space within the herbal consultation as well as within my garden and labyrinth as I share plant medicines and practical tools to help balance work/life demands.
